Nick Chremos is a patent and transactional lawyer.  As a patent lawyer, Nick has drafted patent applications in the fields of medical devices, telecommunications, batteries, blockchain applications, mixed signal and analog electronics, and artificial intelligence with applications directed to large language models, oil and gas reservoir analysis, and machine vision.  Nick has prosecuted patent applications in the foregoing fields and, additionally, in LED lighting, semiconductor manufacturing, automated agricultural equipment, and diesel engines.  Further, as part of his patent practice, Nick has performed several invalidity and freedom to operate analyses.

As a transactional lawyer, Nick has drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial and intellectual property contracts.  For example, Nick has drafted and negotiated joint development agreements to facilitate development of next-generation semiconductor manufacturing equipment, licensing agreements to license patents and copyrightable subject matter, sponsored research agreements with educational institutions, and services agreements to facilitate the provision of prototyping services.  Additionally, Nick has drafted software development and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements.  Moreover, Nick has provided due diligence support in mergers and acquisitions practice, particularly for acquisitions involving software and other intellectual property assets.
