Mr. Myung specializes in patent preparation, prosecution, and counseling. Mr. Myung has prepared and prosecuted patents in a wide variety of technology areas, including software as a service, serverless computing and other cloud-based technologies, mobile applications and services, Big Data processing, digital signal processing, sensor systems, oil field service technologies, among others. In addition, Mr. Myung has technical expertise in the biomedical and material science arts.
In 2018, Mr. Myung obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Myung graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Bioengineering & Material Science Engineering. Mr. Myung is admitted to practice before California State Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Myung worked at a boutique intellectual property law firm with clients ranging from individual inventors to Fortune 500 companies. In addition to patent prosecution, Mr. Myung has experience with infringement analysis, trademark prosecution and pre-trial litigation.
