Associate Eric B. Min
Eric Min specializes in intellectual property with an emphasis in patent prosecution and counseling in the computer-related arts.
Mr. Min received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1991, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996. While completing his master’s degree, Mr. Min was a graduate research assistant in the Robotics Research Group.
In 2006, Mr. Min received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, Mr. Min was a member of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal.
From 2006-2009, Mr. Min practiced as an associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology practice group of Fulbright & Jaworski. At Fulbright, Mr. Min’s practice focused on patent prosecution and patent litigation.
Mr. Min’s technical background includes ten years of industrial experience as a mechanical engineer and as a software consultant. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Min worked as a software consultant at Trilogy Software. His responsibilities at Trilogy included development and support of Sales Force Automation software configuration models relating to complex computer server products and enterprise storage products. Prior to joining Trilogy, Mr. Min was a mechanical engineer at Dell working in product development of notebook computers for the consumer market segment. Mr. Min also worked as a mechanical engineer at Applied Materials, designing customer-specific configurations of Physical Vapor Deposition and Dry Plasma Etch semiconductor fabrication equipment. Prior to entering graduate school, Mr. Min was a mechanical design engineer at E-Systems, Inc. (now L3 Communications). At E-Systems, Mr. Min designed structural modifications of numerous aircraft to facilitate integration of custom electronic systems.
Mr. Min is admitted to practice in Texas and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
